Versatile Musician, guitarist/vocalist/composer & producer, Chris Devenish has one of those gifts, able to transport you to a world of tasteful music and addictive melodies.

Born in Melbourne, Australia, Chris began playing guitar at the young age of ten and has ever since devoted his life to his art. Through practice and determination Chris has learned to master his sound in developing and expressing himself in a very original style, an attribute that has earned him high respect amongst his peers in the industry.

Receiving his musical education and instrument tuition at high school (incorporating guitar & piano), Chris began to develop rapidly as a knowledgeable musician and a very competent player. Gaining the attention of the school’s music department, Chris was called upon to perform in all musical productions, a role that gained him a reputation as the school’s top guitarist.

Following high school Chris spent two years studying at the Audio Visual College, where he acquired diplomas in audio engineering & live sound mixing. Along with this Chris was also gaining for himself a name as one of the city’s top guitarist, performing around Melbourne in various rock bands supporting such acts as Roar and Southern Sons (both bands which propelled Virgil Donati to high acclaim in Australia).

Chris has composed, recorded and produced a number of albums for local unsigned artists, as well as producing solo projects for himself in his home studio.
